Who can partner with Aurum?
Anyone who regularly introduces buyers, sellers or landlords and wants a clear, written way to work together. Common examples are mortgage brokers, accountants, builders and financial advisers. If you are unsure, send a short note and we will tell you honestly if it is a fit.
How do you treat my client’s privacy?
We only use the details needed to help your client and we do not share them wider than the team working on their file. If you need extra comfort, we can talk through confidentiality before the first referral.
Is there a formal agreement?
Yes. We put how referrals work, how you stay informed and how introductions are recognised in writing before you send anyone to us. That way you, your client and our team share the same expectations.
When are referral fees or commissions paid?
It depends on the type of deal (for example sale versus lease) and what we agree up front. We explain timing in the partner pack and in the agreement so there are no surprises after the work is done.
Do you only cover the Hills District?
Our home ground is the Hills and nearby corridors we already service. We also help clients across wider Sydney when it makes sense. If you are not sure about a suburb, ask us before you introduce someone.
What happens after I submit the form?
We read your note and usually reply within one to two business days with the partner pack or a short call to clarify what you need. There is no pressure to refer anyone until you are comfortable.
